Thomas Fleischmann, CFP®

Thomas Fleischmann hails from Southeast Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in December 2021.  He received his BS in Business Administration with majors of Finance and Accounting, along with a Marketing minor. 

Thomas started his Wealth Management career as an intern at a private financial planning firm, local to his family in Wisconsin.  He spent three summers with the firm and worked part-time during the school year, before being promoted to a full-time role upon graduation.

Thomas joined Baird in October 2022 to serve as the Client Specialist for The Park Morrin Group.  He has since been promoted to the role of Senior Client Specialist, recognizing his experience and dedication to our clients.  As the Senior Client Specialist, Thomas looks to provide timely and helpful solutions for clients and teammates.  He is the first point of contact for clients, handles the bulk of daily tasks, and manages the team’s digital presence.  He achieved full FINRA licensing in July 2023 and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional in April 2026, adding extra levels of support to our team.

Thomas cites his internship and early full-time experience as foundational in solidifying his desire to pursue a career in Wealth Management.  Through his role, he developed a passion for helping others and providing memorable experiences.  He also learned more about what modern families are looking for in an advising team – emphasis on “team,” as a collaborative approach to planning is critical. 

Thomas and his wife, Brianna, live in Des Plaines and enjoy the ability to easily commute from their home to work, downtown, and all over the Chicagoland area.  Thomas and Brianna celebrated their union in November 2023 and are enjoying the early stages of married life together.  When not in the office, Thomas enjoys cooking and traveling.  He’s a passionate sports fan, following soccer and rugby leagues from around the world and most Wisconsin sports teams (sorry Badgers…Go Huskers!). 

Thomas serves on the Baird Gives Back committee for Baird’s Chicago market, where he helps select which charitable organizations Baird employees will donate their time to during their annual week of service.  He also volunteers as the Treasurer for Chicagoans for Nebraska, the local chapter of the University of Nebraska’s alumni association.
