Our Community Involvement

We are committed to the communities we serve

Baird has a long tradition of giving back to the communities where our associates live and work.

Our team is committed to supporting the communities in which we live and work by volunteering our time, donating our resources, and sharing our gifts. Our ongoing commitment to building relationships in the community and empowering associates to get involved is central to our culture at Baird and our team.

We've engaged with several outstanding organizations local to our families. Learn more about our outreach below.

Rotary Club of Glen Ellyn

Rotary Club of Glen Ellyn

Our team is deeply involved with the Glen Ellyn, IL community, specifically with our local Rotary Club chapter. Scott is a former president and current treasurer for the Rotary Club of Glen Ellyn. He has dedicated over 18 years to the organization. Aimee began serving as the Glen Ellyn Rotary Foundation President in 2025.

Scott's favorite part of his work with Rotary is the service projects, where he can come together with other Rotary members and directly interact with his community. Aimee values the opportunity to lead initiatives that uplift the Glen Ellyn community and create lasting impact. Pictured above is Scott on the club's Big Wheel night, a fundraiser for college scholarships for Glenbard High School students.

PAWS Chicago

PAWS Chicago

As part of the Baird Gives Back Week initiative, members of our team joined with other Private Wealth Management associates across Baird's Chicago market to volunteer with PAWS, a local animal shelter providing housing, hospitality, and medical care for displaced dogs and cats. As a team full of pet-lovers, we felt our involvement was a sound reflection of our families' priorities.

Fun Fact: Aimee's dog, Boomer, was adopted from PAWS!
