Aimee Morrin grew up in Northern Colorado and graduated with a BS in Organizational Business Management from Colorado State University.  She earned her CFP® designation in 2015 and became a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® Professional in 2025.

Aimee’s financial career began in Seattle as a Securities Operations Specialist in 1997.  This opportunity allowed her to understand all sides of the brokerage business and hone her exemplary customer service skills.  She moved to Chicago in 2003, transitioning to the Wealth Management side of the business where she found her passion for helping people navigate their finances.  Aimee worked as a Senior Financial Associate for a regional brokerage firm for 19 years before joining Baird as a Financial Advisor in 2022.

Aimee is the lead Financial Planner for the team.  She builds strong, lifelong connections by carefully listening and empathizing with each individual’s unique situation.  Aimee helps clients discover their “why” through conversations about goals and values.  Her “why” is to make financial guidance accessible and easy to understand, enabling clients to move to their next phase in life with confidence.

Aimee knows how personal and overwhelming financial matters can feel and prides herself in breaking down the planning process into manageable steps.  She assists with organizing her clients' financial affairs, engaging them to make informed decisions with their money, and empowering them to feel in control of their future.  She believes risk management is part of the foundation of a strong plan. Aimee works with her clients to continually assess their progress, helping them adjust their financial plan as goals change and life evolves.

Aimee finds deep purpose in combining financial education with meaningful community service.  Guided by a strong commitment to equity, she provides pro bono financial planning to individuals and families who need it most, offering support that is both practical and compassionate.  In her dedication to advancing financial literacy, Aimee mentors young women to help them build financial confidence and long-term independence.  As President of the Glen Ellyn Rotary Foundation, she leads initiatives that uplift the community and create lasting impact.

Aimee and her husband Mark live in Chicago with their rescue dog, Boomer.  They enjoy taking advantage of city life by exploring neighborhood restaurants and attending live music shows.  Aimee enjoys wine tasting, cooking, and hosting friends and family from all over the country.

Through growing up on the front range of Colorado and living in Seattle near the Olympic Mountains for several years, Aimee developed a love for the great outdoors.  She recharges annually with at least one trip to the mountains to unplug and spend time in nature.
